Summary: Lovely property. It was clean and well appointed. Parking was easy. The location was excellent. A few blocks from great restaurants, groceries, coffee shops and bars. Bike trail out of back door will take you into Vancouver, the harbor, and Stanley Park. Public transportation is very easy to take from the property. We were there for a month and almost never used our car. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good and always hot. The deep tub was good for a soak. Young couple upstairs were nice, and relatively quiet. You did get footstep noise but it is a basement unit. We didn't find it to be too bad. Would rent again.

Summary: Thank you for offering your comfortable garden suite at a reasonable cost and for allowing pets. Your place is very central which allowed for many great neighbourhood walks and excursions to parks and Vancouver sites. I felt safe in the neighbourhood and even met some local folks. The garden area was lovely to hang out in on sunny days. A small suggestion… it would have been helpful to have a check in and check out sheet with information on wifi, garbage collection, garden tips, appliance instructions and check out expectations, for example. Just a minor thing. Thanks again, Nadia I hope to stay there again!

Summary: Clean, comfortable, and overall a good deal. Would have been better without the foot traffic above us. Bedroom is a little cramped around the bed.

Summary: Nadia is a lovely host. The apartment is a large garden level apartment but still gets a lot of light. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking including a blender. The back garden is really nice and well maintained (flowers, table and chairs on the patio). The house is very close to commercial drive (lots of good restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores) and werklab coworking. The area is quiet and farther from downtown but you can take the bus downtown.

Summary: If your looking for a place in Vancouver that is close to the city, yet exudes a air tranquility and peace you’ll find it here. The suite has calming energy which follows through to the private outdoor space which is adorned with pretty plants and flowers. The garden is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine after a day of exploring the Vancouver sights. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen has all the equipment and utensils you need, and it’s great to be able to cook and enjoy the local B.C. produce. Nadia, the owner, is the perfect host and a charming lady. She was always available and very helpful if I needed anything, yet respectful of my privacy which is something I value. The neighbourhood is a great base for visitors to explore Vancouver and there are many great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Altogether a perfect place to stay😋
