This sun-drenched house has great indoor and outdoor flow, and is perfect for entertaining and seeing the hours lazily drift by. The large pool contains 69,000 litres of water so it's a deep one and perfect for diving and jumping in all day long! Note that you may not be able to touch the bottom of the pool (it’s over 6ft deep!) so bring your floaties! There is however a paddling area for the real young ones.
Enjoy relaxing on the sunny deck with elevated views, including peeps of the nearby estuary and Kaimai ranges. This is a quiet area conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, takeaways, parks, downtown Tauranga and the beach.
The Bahama hut provides an outside dining and entertaining option. There is plenty of outdoor space for play including a trampoline, sandpit and climbing dome.
The house has a modern interior with new carpet, tiles, drapes and paint. The high-roofed and open plan living area make this an entertainers dream, and with lovely furniture plus fully equipped kitchen what more could you want!?

Summary: We had a lovely stay - this house has everything you need for a holiday getaway! We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but will just have to come back another time.

Summary: Neat and comfortable home, great host, loved the pool. Only downside is the onsite parking as it is too narrow for larger vehicles to access. Also, having to bring your own bed linen and towels may be an issue for international tourists.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hannah and Thomas’ vacation home. We stayed for five nights leading up to Christmas Day and when we arrived there was a Christmas tree and gifts under the tree for all of us-so very thoughtful since we were all far away from home. The house has everything you need from coffee to laundry soap. It’s not far into town to shop for groceries and anything else you need. Parking along side the house is easy too. Hannah was great to communicate with regarding things to do in the area and assured we could drive to places like Rotorua making it a day trip. I highly recommend staying here for a great home base or a family holiday!
