Positive: The location is perfect, Quiet, no kids running around, It's on a private road (need to pass a manned security gate) so you don't get any random people walking by, Beautiful views of the harbour, Private beach 2 mins away, Good sized bedrooms, Two on-suites, Also downstairs toilet, A/C worked great, Everything you'll need in the kitchen to cook, Didn't use the barbecue but they have one, Supermarket at the end of the road (You'll need a car as it's a 20 min walk each way) I took a mosquito net, It wasn't needed, Villa number is 406C, We only had 406, The photos are accurate.

Positive: The Villa is super cute, comfortable and well equipped.
Negative: There was ongoing construction next door that we were not made aware of. Neighbours stated it had been this way for some while. Due to several workers outback there was very little privacy. Days were loud, even weekend days. Fortunately for future guests I feel the construction is coming to an end as many workers worked the full 5 days we were there. The owner did admit (during our stay, when asked) they were aware of this in which made it that much more frustrating as we would haven chosen another villa/resort. Owner compensated with a dinner in which was appreciated but we do not feel it made up for the loss of what was supposed to be a 5 night relaxing/peaceful holiday.
Summary: Awesome potential, good value. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area.

Positive: This is an apartment which, when it was done up a few years ago, must have been amazing. It's right on the water, it's spacious and comfortable. it's a close walk to a lovely quiet beach. it's in Jolly Harbour with shops, restaurants etc. The manager was responsive when we had issues. It's reasonably priced for JH which is probably reflective of the issues we had.
Negative: You get what you pay for - it's a bit tired, broken sun lounger, cushions covered with nylon coverings, not fantastically clean. We had some issues which were speedily resolved by Franciso (manager - very helpful). We had a discounted price due to building works which were noisy while we were there. Don't rely on the welcome pack - make sure you stop at a supermarket on the way there. Also note that the owner doesn't take credit cards, and we didn't want to carry that much cash around so we ended up paying more than the Booking.com rate. This is apparently an issue in Antigua although other Antiguan properties we've stayed at take credit card payment on site and something hopefully the owner can fix in due course.

Positive: Very clean, well organized kitchen, well stocked with beer and water. All the necessary appliances and kitchen implements were very useful and easy to access. Internet worked perfectly and so did A/C. Hot water was always available and at good water pressure.. Parking was 15 feet away from the entrance door. Beautiful views from outdoor veranda. Free Netflix with all the movies and other streaming services.
Summary: In one word- I'll be back soon!! :))
