Summary: This home was very accommodating for all of us. We went to Colorado for a wedding and it was also our first time ever! We had a full house and it fit everyone. Both kitchens are fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! I was surprised to also find coffee pods and seasonings! Plenty of towels and blankets for our family. There is also Netflix!! The backyard is a great place to hangout when it’s not raining or cold outside! Cons: This home could use some renovating. Upon entering home, there was an odd smell. I had to purchase an air freshener. The floors also squeak and the carpet in the bedrooms are stained. The bathroom floor upstairs needs remodeling. You could also see the inside of the bathroom shower from the outside so we had to create a curtain to cover it. The door keypad didn’t work to enter home so we had to use the key. The security alarm was beeping at night so I had to figure out how to remove the sound. The living room is smaller than it looks in pictures. Not to mention, there isn’t much parking since the neighbors park right in front of the home. We did have access to garage but didn’t use it. Overall, if you aren’t picky about the look of the home, this place is good for you. I was just expecting a better looking home based on pictures.

Summary: The host was really nice she let us check in 30mins. early. The house was big for all us. It just need a little more cleaning. Pots and plates Inside the dish washing machine were still dirty we had to turn on the machine again. Other than that our stay was good. I still recommend it to others.

Summary: This was the perfect home for our two families to get together for Thanksgiving. One family slept comfortably on the main floor and one family stayed on the lower level. There was ample bedding and linens. The host was helpful and made everything a breeze.

Summary: We travelled from all over for our son’s wedding in Lakewood. We were looking for a place for all of our immediate family to be in together, and this VRBO was absolutely perfect. Within easy range of shopping and with room to stretch out it suited our needs well. We really appreciated the two kitchens and refrigerators while we did food prep for the event. Comfortable beds and the deck made it especially nice.
