Sunray Shores, a newly built home in The Villas at Bolivar has 2 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 full bathrooms with step-in shower and tub/shower combo, and can comfortably sleep 8 guests. This home is also pet friendly, with a $200 Non-Refundable pet fee. The open kitchen/living room concept makes for easy entertaining and visiting with your guests. The fully stocked kitchen has all the necessities to make meal prepping easy. Coffee lovers will find this home has a single pod and regular drip coffee maker. This home has internet. You can Stream your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Just enter the Password and Username located in the home. The children (and Adults) will enjoy the Gaming Table located in the loft. It includes Foosball and other games for family indoor fun! Outside you will be enchanted by the glorious sunrise and sunset views while sitting on the deck, or dining at the table. Downstairs, a charcoal pit will make the "Grill Master" in the family happy to fire up and grill something tasty for everyone. The Villas at Bolivar are located directly across the road from the Crystal Beach 9-hole Golf Course and Margaritaville Resort. When the sand and waves call your name, you can only access the beach by driving to Alma Road( East), or Honeysuckle (West) of the Villas off Hwy. 87. This home also has an EV Charger/RV Charger for its guests for a flat fee charge. Sunray Shores will be a perfect getaway for you and your family all year round.
