Ideally located on a mountain ridge looking east with the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah National Park directly before you, you’ll have no problem sitting and drinking your coffee while taking in the beautiful views!
With space for everyone in your group, you’ll love your stay here! The recently renovated kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals! 2 sets of washers and dryers make laundry so easy! A game room ensures that you will have plenty to do, no matter the weather!

The upper floor has a living room with 50 inch LCD TV, Dish Network and Blu-Ray Disc Player, new spacious kitchen with breakfast nook and table with seating for 6, dining room with seating for 6, game room, sun room with seating for 8, half bath, laundry/mud room, two decks with a hot tub on the larger deck. The master suite is on the upper level and has a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, LCD TV and a huge private bathroom. The lower floor has two bunk rooms each with three full-over-full bunks, two full bathrooms, another bedroom with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, kitchenette/laundry room and two covered patios. Each bunk room has a private exterior entrance. The spacious yard has a swing set/play fort, firepit with lots of benches and an amazing view of the Blue Ridge. All pots, pans, utensils, are provided along with coffee maker and toaster. The beauty of nature surrounds you while sitting in the the hot tub, reading a book on the porch, or relaxing by a fire. This is a very clean, lodge style house with rustic touches to make you feel at home. All linens are provided for maximum sleeping capacity.

Summary: This is our second time here & everything has been upgraded since last time. The floors & bathrooms have been renovated & all the amenities are still there. A lot of room for big group of people. Best part about the area is that it’s very private so you don’t have to worry about disturbing anyone nearby. I highly recommend it!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. House is huge and had everything we needed. Had a problem with hot tub and manager came out to fix it quickly. Enjoyed the game room and large kitchen. If you want privacy this is the house. About 15-20 drive to town for food.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this house. We came back because it worked so well for us the first time. We love the seclusion, the hot tub, and that the owners provide all sheets and towels. Some beds are not as comfortable as others, so some guests kept trying different beds each night. Wifi worked better this time, but it is still very slow. Our only major recommendation to the owners is to please replace the stove. The knobs on the stove don't work properly and we were only able to get one burner to work. This seems like a hazard.

Summary: My family and I loved our stay at Sunridge Retreat. The house has a really cool layout with plenty of room for everyone. The place is close to plenty of things to do - from kayaking to horseback riding to golf to the famous Luray Caverns. Returning to the house after a few hours of activities was great as the deck has a tremendous view of the mountains to sit back and enjoy. The hot tub was terrific and the game room offered hours of entertainment. The house is clean and comfortable. It's secluded and a perfect place to relax! I've recommended it to friends.
