Positive: Our room was cozy and spacious. We had a kitchen with everything we needed and enjoyed having meals on our balcony with a sea view. Good water pressure in the bathroom, even though there are 10 rooms in the house. Lots of parking space around the house. Foot shower in the yard, really convenient after a sandy beach. Lovely flowers and plants everywhere, strawberry pots hanging along the facade. Beach is very close to the house, the path is between pine trees wreathed in ivy, they look magical. The sunsets are spectacular. Friendly owners. There is a restaurant on the ground floor owned by the same people that cooks local cuisine on demand (you need to order 1-3 hours ahead). Every time you enter the house in the evening you are met with wonderful smells coming from the kitchen🥰 We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back❤️❤️❤️
Negative: These are minor minuses, overall everything was great This part of the beach is cleaned worse than the beach closer to Ureki, so you might have to walk a little bit, but it's not far, and the beach itself is peaceful, with almost no people around, no stray dogs (they are occupied in Ureki asking for food). If you get a room on a ground floor at the back of the house, your balcony is side by side with the parking space. Rooms at the back of the house face a construction site on the right (there were no works done though) and a little bit farther away – the highway. The house is not in the center of Ureki, you need to walk 30 min, but if you have a car or use taxi, it's just 5 min away. Area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful, no loud music around, no crowds.

Positive: The location of Sunrise Ureki is absolutely fantastic. It is a beachfront property with a beautiful, small pine forest sitting right between the hotel and the beach, as seen in image.png. Walking through those green trees to get to the black magnetic sands of Ureki adds a wonderfully peaceful, natural vibe to the stay. The hotel building itself is modern, clean, and features nice balconies for catching the sea breeze. What truly made our stay special, however, was the personnel. The staff are incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, always greeting you with a smile and helping out with any requests immediately. Excellent Georgian hospitality!
Negative: Nothing major—everything met our expectations perfectly for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Summary: A beautiful, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff and a lovely forest path leading straight to the beach.

Positive: This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It is an incredibly quiet and cozy place where you can fully unwind and escape the city noise. Beautiful, lush woods stretch right in front of the hotel, providing not only stunning views but also amazingly fresh air. The spotless cleanliness of the hotel deserves special mention—everything is sparkling and well-maintained. As for the staff, they are incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, doing everything possible to ensure our comfort. Thank you so much for such wonderful hospitality, we will definitely be back!
