Positive: Our stay at Sunrise Beach Hotel in Hurghada was truly relaxing and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the reception team Mr. Ahmed Eisa and Mr. Momen went above and beyond to ensure our family got the most suitable room. Their kindness and effort made us feel very welcome. A special mention goes to the extraordinary Chef Mohamed Abdelhamid. He worked tirelessly to make sure every guest was satisfied, often asking what we would like to have specially prepared for the next day. His generosity, cheerful attitude, and personal care checking by himself that everyone was enjoying their meals really stood out. The shawarma stand and the fruit festival added an amazing summer vibe to the whole experience. The beach was beautiful and very enjoyable, and my kids especially loved the foam festival, which brought so much fun and laughter to their vacation. Housekeeping was good, though it could be improved to reach the same excellent standard as other services. Overall, Sunrise Beach Hotel offered us a relaxing, family friendly, and joyful holiday, thanks to the dedicated staff and their attention to detail. We look forward to coming back again.
