A newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, complete kitchen, large laundry room, family room and spacious entryway for you awaits. During this fresh remodel, we decorated and furnished with the thought that others would enjoy our more discerning rental, and hope you find our home a comfortable place to enjoy your time in northern Michigan!
Perfect for two couples with kids or a larger family, this house sits on the west side of Mullet Lake. This property boasts a very private location with an upstairs King master bedroom full of windows overlooking the lake with beautiful views. Another bedroom, the Northwoods Room, is a cozy, lodge like space with 2 Twin beds, and room to stretch out to relax. Downstairs is the Northwoods Nautical Room, with a Queen size bed and room to breathe.
Feel like getting out on the water? Just walk from the backyard to the waters edge and enjoy a beautiful sandy bottom in only 3 feet of water that extends out to 100 feet. Great to wade and play in! We have 115' feet of private lakefront with a dock able to accommodate a boat up to 25’, and a mooring line that will hold up to a 30’ craft or inflatable raft. Mullett Lake Marina is 1000 feet down the road with a boat launch and pontoon rentals. Cruise the Inland Waterway seamlessly from the private dock or just enjoy the lake locally!
Feel like grabbing something to eat? Going shopping? Cheboygan and surrounding areas have many different choices to offer, while downtown Cheboygan has interesting shops and a beautiful waterfront to peruse. More shopping and dining is located in Mackinaw City, along with ferry boats to Mackinac Island, just 30 minutes away.
Or maybe you just want to get away from it all and enjoy a good book on the deck while overlooking the water, laying in the sun, spending quality time in the yard, or looking at the stars at night...
