Located in Westport Harbor. Across the street from the river, 3 miles from ocean beaches. Large bedroom/living area with beautiful view of the river, dining room area, newly designed kitchen with island. Full bath with shower. Private entrance. Business travel ready complete with free wifi, iron, ironing board, blow drier, air conditioner, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large flat screen TV with cable, HBO, Showtime, etc Netflix, Amazon video, free Beautiful biking and kayaking. Bicycles and kayaks provided. Owner is an avid fisherman and loves to show others where and how.

Summary: What a delightful place to stay in a wonderful area. Our host was helpful in many ways, from moving kayaks to the waterfront for us to use and making suggestions on local places to visit, including glorious sunsets over the water at the end of the road. Enjoy Westport and Little Compton for natural beauty, great food and activity options.

Summary: Felt the pictures and description very fairly described the property. They maximized the place and put some nice amenities inside. They were also very careful with our privacy. Two items which I would provide as constructive feedback would be to add more sound dampening to the deck and rooms above and we were a bit disappointed to not have a view. Would rent again should the opportunity present itself.

Summary: It is a great location with proximity to Historic Adamsville (loved the historical handbooks on the area) and Adorable Tiverton 4 corners and not far from Horseneck state beach. Although it lacks an actual waterfront sunrise view of the river, a drive to anywhere includes beautiful river views... Having stayed in area cottages in the past I must say I did really appreciate the Fore’s basement walkout apartment. It was attractive, clean, comfortable and climate controlled with a well appointed kitchen (minus a good Chef’s knife.) Steve was in California during our visit but he made arrangements for an Acoaxet Kayak rental for our last day as he was not able to physically deliver Kayaks to the boat launch.

Summary: This space is super roomy and the hosts are some of the most hospitable I've ever had! The location is awesome! Right across from the river and a short drive to the beach. This community is a sleepy New England beach town. Very quaint. Yes, you can hear the hosts moving around upstairs in the morning, but they also provide a noise machine to accommodate this. No complaints about our stay. In fact, we'll probably book it again at some point!

Summary: The house was perfect and nicely equipped for simple cooking. ( I would suggest tupperware, a lobster pot, herbs and spices and a blender) and was very clean and organized. Communication with the owners was easy and very professional. The one draw back that future renters should be aware of is that any movement from upstairs above the bed can be heard very loudly. This means if you are wanting to sleep late on vacation, you will not be able to and you should be prepared to wake up around 6am. That said, the views of the river and overall quality of the stay far outweighed the sleeping issue.
