This luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bath canal front home is located in prestigious and family friendly Key Colony Beach. The style of the home is modern, sophisticated and beachy at the same time. The master bedroom has a king bed. Both guest bedrooms have new king size beds with quality linens. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped for you to prepare gourmet meals at home. Sit back in two sectional sofas in the living areas overlooking the pool and canal. This is truly a gem in the heart of Key Colony Beach.
The grounds are landscaped with mature tropical foliage and are meticulously kept. Enjoy a gorgeous pool with splash deck overlooking your private dock and canal frontage. You are minutes away from bike and running paths, Sunset Beach, basketball court, golf course, exercise classes, Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, 7 Mile Bridge, Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum Beach and many restaurants and bars (5 are within walking/biking distance).
This property has no cabana club access.
There is enough parking for up to 3 vehicles depending on size if no trailer. If bringing a trailer, then 2 vehicles & 1 trailer will fit.NO RVS OR MOTOR HOMES. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th Street. You must register trailer at City Hall. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking, and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are never for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Summary: Everything you would want and need for a Florida Keys vacation. Beautiful inside and out. Great landscaping, pool and canal. Walking distance of Sunset Park, a local attraction. The property manager was great and responsive to our needs. Would definitely like to rent again if available.

Summary: The place was perfect!!! We had an amazing visit from a Manatee at the dock! Snorkeled at Sombrero Lighthouse Reef, drank a few cold ones on several sand bars and saw a beautiful Sunset at Sunset Grill. The trip was perfect and Key Colony is a very nice place to stay, the people in the neighborhood are all very kind and it is convenient to everything. The boat ramp is very close too. I would highly recommend this home!!

Summary: We’ve stayed at many rental homes and this is definitely one of our favorites! Everything was perfect — location, decor, amenities, cleanliness, and the property managers were great. We were impressed and immediately felt at home when we walked through the door. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: My husband & I are very particular & have rented homes across the nation, this home has everything we need, is very clean, very nicely decorated & has a feel of a private resort but also the comforts of home. The pool is new, the beds are new, all king size, which is great for multiple couples so no one has to fight over who gets the king bed. Everything's new, the TV's, stereo system, furniture, dishes and cookware. There's also plenty of plastic-ware for enjoying food & drinks on the patio and at the pool. Although it is great for adults, it's perfect for families with children as well. When we stayed here, we rented a boat for a few days and it was so nice to have a dock on the canal, so we could just get up, walk outside to step onto the boat and head out for a day of sun & fun. We either walked or rode bikes to shop & eat out, that's the great thing about Key Colony, the shops & restaurants are close and the streets are bike friendly. As much as we love the outdoors, we also need some computer time, and the internet was fast and reliable. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Key Colony and would rather adjust our travel dates versus staying somewhere else.
