Positive: Excellent location! Nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, walking distance to the beach. It was beautifully decorated and the beach closet was amply supplied. Beds were comfortable and easy to connect to internet and 3 TV's. Good value for being on Palm Beach island. Host was very responsive.
Negative: Bathrooms were slightly dated. Bath mats were not very clean, and shower curtains were water stained. Kitchen and sitting room somewhat small. Note it's not a full kitchen, but we were aware upon booking.
Summary: Great place to stay if you want to stay on Palm Beach.

Positive: The property furniture was updated and the beds were comfortable. Very cute apartment but lack of cleanliness. The facility is a historical building with a lot of charm. The building common area needs some TLC, so be prepared for not so working elevator, old smelly corridor and lobby areas. The building residents were kind and friendly. We would definitely stay again as we know now what to expect.
Negative: The showers were dirty, and shower curtains and towels had stains. We had an issue with power not working when we arrived. The building staff and the electrician were able to help us gain power to the unit within an hour.
Summary: Old Florida Charm with a twist.

Positive: The property was very nice and the condo was super clean and decorated beautifully.
Negative: I didn't like that the tv in the larger suite didn't work and the lights in the smaller bedroom did not work either. But having said that, Vacasa had the maintenance guy contact me and he was very efficient and professional.
Summary: Great condo, wonderful price and perfect location!!!!
