Welcome to the Sunrise Villas at Banyan Beach. This newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath honeymoon style condo awaits! Steps away from the ocean and private boardwalk to the beach. Overlooking the community swimming pool with grilling at the pool only. The balcony has incredible views to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunrise. You won't want to leave this perfect condo by the beach! We offer you a fully appointed kitchen so all you need to bring is beach towels, grub and your personal essentials. We will take care of the rest!
Don't forget to add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking! We are your one stop shop! It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun, easy access to the beach!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Summary: This is our second time here. So close to the beach you can walk in 5 minutes or drive there in 2! Close to restaurants in every price range, close to stores for supplies. We bring our own groceries for breakfast and lunch on the beach since there’s a full kitchen - and go out for dinner ! We’ll be back !

Summary: For our Anniversary Celebration, we wanted a relaxing and peaceful place with fun readily available. That's exactly what we got in this tastefully decorated retreat. With a boardwalk to the beach just across the street, we had easy beach access. We didn't have a total view of the ocean, but we could see and hear the waves from the sweet little balcony. The bed was extra comfy, and the extra large TV had a great picture. Everything was clean and well maintained. Perfect place for a couple!

Summary: Clean, neat and well appointed with cute beach vibes. No dishwasher or drying rack or dish towels. No golf cart or in unit washer/dryer. One on property. Short walk to beach. VRBO added a hefty fee ( not these owners) to the booking would have been a great value
