Positive: Property is beautiful- the grounds were immaculate.
Negative: Some staff were not completely focused on the client. Some staff at the pool bar were more interested in watching TV. We also had a long wait time to check into our room because it wasn’t cleaned. Housekeeping was not as attentive during this visit compared to our first visit.
Summary: It was very pleasant. We enjoyed the food and the beach was great.

Positive: Very clean all service people were nice there was nothing special about the resort. Being adults only was very nice it was very quiet and peaceful
Negative: Breakfast was probably the best meal. we didn't care for any other meals. Room service was horrible of which you had to pay $15.00 for. The butler service did absolutely for us it really was a joke. The beach was across the street but it was only a couple of minute's walk. The resort was clean Don't think we would return Ther was no waiter service at the beach and had to walk to the bar and was giving these tiny glasses very disappointed with that

Positive: Everything, I liked the peace and quiet. The food was lovely
Negative: The staff were lovely and friendly except for 1 waiter who's name was Leon, he cheated us out of money. He promised to purchase tobacco for my husband the first week we arrived and we gave him 30 dollars. Every day after we meet Leon he said he was having trouble purchasing the tobacco and we asked for our money back he refused to give it to us. I was thinking of complaining to the reception but didn't want him to lose his job, but really believed he would give us our money back.I feel very disappointed and annoyed that this happened. I know Leon got plenty of tips of staying guests and could have resolved the situation but he didn't. I just want people to be aware of this happening to them.

Positive: The welcoming with Amanda.(loved the welcome drink). How Ms. Claudette always made sure we were good. Linton was an awesome bartender. Damian made sure we were settled on the beach and had everything. We loved the vibe and the resort. Can't wait to return, we felt like family!
