Negative: No coffee or tea. The concrète block outside, could be cover with natural rocks. Front and back yard need decorating. Communication with the rental management team was akward. They wanted scan of id to access property through a platform that was not working. Apparently they don’t know whats inside when asked if the kitchen had salt and pepper.

Positive: This was the cutest cottage on the bay. The back yard was the bay. It is close to restaurants, stores, and where we went for kayaking. It had everything we needed. We sat out at night in the back and watched the sunset. We will definitely stay in the future.
Negative: There wasn't anything we didn’t like.

Negative: Was not cleaned…dried up flowers in window seal. Stuff under couch. Blinds broken so we could only look out in the bay in bedroom window unless you went outside…

Positive: The cozy home was well stalked with cooking materials, toiletries, extra towels, and bedding. The views of the bay were beautiful at all points of the day!
Negative: The floors didn’t feel well-vacuumed. The paper products could have been higher quality.

Positive: Home was clean, comfortable & stocked with needed items
Negative: The home was NOT on a beach as the title implied, but on bay shore that didn't have any functional or esthetic resemblance of a beach. The front door access was very difficult, repeated error & fault issues with electronic pass code key pad. Broken toilet seat mount in master bathroom. Missing living room blind rod. The surrounding homes and area were very run down and gave us concerns about our personal safeness and security of our items.
