Charming, rustic, single-level beach shack set within a lush, private garden, just minutes from both the inlet and surf beaches, with walking paths to the town centre. The home features a relaxed coastal style and a seamless indoor/outdoor flow from the undercover entertaining area to the open-plan living, dining, and well-equipped kitchen.
The property includes two spacious bedrooms, serviced by a practical bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet off the second bedroom. Polished floorboards in the main areas, soft carpet in the bedrooms, and tiled wet areas make for easy living.
Entry is via a discreet long driveway with excellent off-street parking in the carport. Perfect for your next holiday, this home is also pet-friendly (outside only).

Summary: The property is in a great location and we have stayed in this part of Inverloch before and enjoy the stroll along the beach into town to grab our morning coffee. The process if you require linen was not the best in terms of you had to contact the Linen Service separately from the local Real Estate Agent who manages the property. Not the most seamless process.

Summary: Cute beach shack , great position. It was perfect for 5 of us , 3 generation 🤗 plus a fur baby 🐶 Extra toilet would make all the difference , but overall above expectations. Highly recommended.
