Sunset Cove is a contemporary open concept home that features abundant light that will make this home a family favorite.
The front door opens to the dining room, living room, and spacious kitchen with all the amenities including black stainless steel appliances.
The living area has a 65” flatscreen smart TV, comfortable sofas and chaise lounger. The focal point is the huge picture window which seems to place you outside! Two French doors on both sides make it easy to enter/exit either way to the balcony.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 40" flatscreen smart TV, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. This room has a bay view!
The master bathroom has dual granite sinks and ceramic tile walk-in rain shower with massage jets for your comfort.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan and closet. This room has a bay view!
The third bedroom has 2 queen size beds, 32" Roku TV, desk, ceiling fan, and closet.
The fourth bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds, ceiling fan and closet.
The hall bath has a subway tile bathtub and shower combo and granite sink.
In addition, there is a powder room and laundry room with a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

Summary: Home was clean and comfortable. Beds were fairly comfortable as well. Master shower was amazing it huge. Views were great. Lots of outdoor space upstairs and down. Close to town for anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to make it an annual family trip.

Summary: We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th Anniversary and our Granddaughter’s 2nd Birthday as a family! The house was perfect size and very accommodating! We enjoyed fishing with all our Grandkids off of the pier! Thanks for helping us make great memories!!!

Summary: We had a wonderful 3-generation family get-together. The 2 younger generations enjoyed fishing & kayaking, while the older crew relaxed on the covered deck to watch. We had groceries delivered from H‑E‑B; the local Walmart also had needed items/fishing supplies. We caught (& released) numerous speckled/sand trout & gafftop. The house was very clean & well-stocked; communications & instructions were very clear. Neighborhood was nice, safe, & quiet, & house was easy to find. Pier extends out to Copano Bay, & access to the shallow water at the concrete dock was easy & convenient for launching kayaks or just cooling off in the water. The property definitely earns its 5-star rating!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay. We traveled for Father’s Day weekend as a family of 6 plus two young children. The house was the perfect set up, all on one floor yet separated perfectly for privacy. Open concept with a great kitchen. The host left us snacks, and extra bathroom products incase we forgot any which we were so thankful for. The pier was top notch the guys fished every morning and night - we also used the kayaks for fishing too. The views were incredible- we watched sunset every night, everything was perfect. We will be back!

Summary: We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. The pier, the open concept house, the downstairs area was all great. Would definitely rent this place again! We had a group of 9 and never felt like we were stepping on each others toes.

Summary: Property just as beautiful as pictures depict. Neighbors were super friendly and helpful. First night there was storm; by second day waves had finally calmed down, and we were able to get in a little fishing on last day. We used the BBQ pit, (there were puzzles, kids books and games available) played bingo, and enjoyed spending time together. Property owners very responsive. Highly recommend this place.
