This Luxury Lakefront vacation home has all the extras to make for a perfect vacation. From the moment you arrive, no detail has been overlooked to make your stay relaxing, memorable and a great time. Sunset Cove has luxurious interior and exterior accommodations thoughtfully planned to provide the ultimate vacation stay. As you arrive a flat, level driveway greets you providing plenty of room for vehicles and boat trailer storage and easy access to your vacation home. Kentucky stone and cedar siding accents blend beautifully with the large private, wrap-around decks. Wrought iron deck railings provide seamless sunset and sunrise views of Lake Barkley. A private covered boat dock is easily accessed from the decks by a wooden walkway and stairs. A gas grill, and abundance of outdoor seating are provided for outdoor dinners and relaxing in a private setting as Sunset Cove backs to Corps property, and is located on a private cul-de-sac. Pocket french doors on the upper and lower levels bring the outdoors inside, along with the outdoor surround sound system. A secluded location, Sunset Cove also provides easy access to downtown Cadiz, and I-24.
In the interior, no expense is spared in providing beautiful, professionally decorated new accommodations large enough for your entire family. Sunset Cove is complete with 5 bedrooms, 7 flat screen televisions, a pool table, granite countertops, hardwood floors, tongue and groove wood beam ceilings, Kentucky stone wall and fireplace, and a wall of windows providing amazing lake views. As you enter Sunset Cove, you will find top notch furnishings and accessories on every level;
-Main Level - King Suite with 40in LCD, large kitchen with breakfast bar seating, granite countertops, dark cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new cookware, stone fireplace, large dining table, sectional, 65” LED smart TV above Kentucky stone fireplace, wall of windows to lake, tiled bath, and separate laundry room, pocket doors for direct deck access.
-Upstairs (Second Floor) - 2 King Suites with 32in LCDs, Living area with 32in LCD overlooking first floor and lake, leather furnishings, tiled bath.
-Downstairs (Walk-out) - 1 Queen Suite, 1 Suite with 2 Double Beds, Game Room and separate living area with 47in LCD, wii, children board games, puzzles; new pool table overlooking lake and 40in LCD, sliding doors to deck, tiled bath.

Summary: The three levels all looking out on the water and the Sunsets were Magnificent. More than enough TV's to get football and a couple of video games we brought all going at once.

Summary: The property was amazing and very clean. All the necessary goods were there. The household utensils were Excellent. The spacious rooms were Excellent. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and then some. Would DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS HOUSE. DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. GREAT HOSTS

Summary: This house is beautiful! Plenty of space and beds for our group of 8. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the pool table downstairs. Having dock access is a must for us, so this house also met that criteria. As other reviews have said, there are a lot of stairs, but we didn’t have a problem. Great weekend at Lake Barkley! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a great time. Gary was very attentive to any questions we had. The house is very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. All the appliances are updated and there is an excellent grill on the deck. I would definitly recommend this property.

Summary: This property was exactly as it was listed. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The owners were very helpful and even addressed an issue with the power on the dock for us so we could utilize it and the lights during our stay for fishing. Great week of relaxing and fishing! Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Our family trips for the past few years we have gone to Lake Cumberland. This was our first trip to Lake Barkley and it was everything we were hoping for. Gary and Theresa contacted us within a couple hours of checking in to make sure everything was okay. The house had everything we needed. Beautiful home!

Summary: This was our second time here. It's an ideal space for a small group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable sleeping spaces. Very well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of the lake.

Summary: My four sisters and I had a great time together at this beautiful house on Lake Barkley. The owners, Gary and Teresa, met us upon arrival and were very attentive to our questions about the property and surrounding area. Their communication was excellent. The house is a short drive to restaurants and grocery and about a 45 minute drive to Patti’s Settlement in Grand Rivers. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Lovely clean property. Easy access. Quite a few atepa down to lake. Kitchen stocked except for paper towels and garbage bags and dishwasher cleaners. Good Wi-Fi. Nice firepit with wood and chairs. Nice deck overlooking the lake. Electronics all worked . We enjoyed our stay.
