Positive: Great channels on the TV. The couch was comfy. Appeared to have new appliances. Mostly clean. Nicely decorated.
Negative: We couldn't get into the property with the code they sent me. I called the number I was given and they changed the entrance code 3 times and it still didn't work. I asked for a local agent number which I was given. He was able to get us a working code on the second try. ( The next door couple told us the previous guest had the same trouble.) No coffee pot, just a k cup machine.The bed is worn out, the side next to the window has a divit where people sit and look out the window. There was long dark hair in between the top sheet and bottom sheet. The bathroom is very small. The shower is tiled with nothing to hold onto for older people like myself. I slipped on the ledge getting out of the shower and bruised my ankle. They need to add a safety bar and a removable shower head. You can hear everything going on from the people upstairs. Chairs were being drug around, sounded like they were rearranging the furniture. loud footsteps from adults and kids running around and jumping. Not a pleasant stay.

Positive: The property was very well kept and convenient to everything . We were on the bay side and our view from the room was the water and fishing pier. It was so pretty to look out and see people, fishing day and night, and not just see concrete and buildings. Our villa was so adorable and updated. For a studio, it had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed we slept in was so comfortable.. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The staff was quick to send a maintenance worker out to replace an electrical strip. We had no other issues. We will definitely go back.
Negative: The bathroom was very tiny, but had everything we needed.
Summary: Very clean, very relaxing, very quiet, we would definitely go back.

Positive: It was a very nice room, comfortable and pleasant. We booked through a third party so we didn't have access to the internet or pool area codes but didn't miss that much.
Negative: no internet, and the toaster was dangerous to use (needs to be replaced)

Positive: The staff was wonderful and helpful. Answered all my questions quickly. The view from our room was beautiful.
Negative: That our trip had to come to an end. Actually, the toilet was a little difficult to operate but we managed.
