Summary: Loved the property. Quiet, relaxing, all the necessary amenities, cental to the ferry and local wineries. Appreciated feeling like i was at home! Pet friendly. Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful weekend get a way. Loved the recommendation of having a wine plairing at the cottage too. Bergeron Wineries did a great job!Thank you for the experience!

Summary: The home is located on a small country road off the main road; literally zero street noise. Once you reach the property you are directly on the water. The home is beautiful, very large, and well decorated! The large windows overlooking the water are stunning. You will find absolutely everything you need to make you feel like home! I know we found it hard to leave these picturesque peaceful surroundings. Until next time…

Summary: Family of 12 from grandparents to a 5 month old baby had a great relaxing and restful stay. Recommendations for future guests: 1. If you are into fishing, bring live bates. In one morning, our 10 year old caught 22, beating grandpa's 21, all from their dock. 2. If you are into kayaks and canoes bring your own life jackets. The ones provided onsite are not in great shape. 3. Take a short ferry ride + 8km drive to Picton, for some great eatery, shopping and picking up supplies. 4. AC works great, good water pressure, enough hot water for everyone, amenities were all working and easily usable, host responds to your texts if you have any questions throughout the week. 5. Bring few extra bath towels if you have kids. They provided one bath towel per person (more or less) and it wasn't enough when the kids are covered in sun screen, bug spray, lake water, smores, etc. 6. We visited early August and yet surprisingly not many mosquitos/ bugs. You can actually enjoy the outdoors.

Summary: Large property with all the amenities. Our family of 10 stayed for a week with plenty of room and the teens, as well as the adults, enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. Quiet area but easy to get to Picton and Sandbanks. Great master bedroom bedroom for the older folk..but could use a new mattress soon. Large yard great for games and fire pit put to good use.

Summary: Overall we had a good time at The Amin House, but we were not quite prepared for the isolation of the area. Our teenagers found it difficult to find activities which suited them. Once we oriented ourselves to the surrounding area we found plenty to do in places such as Picton and Bath, as well as Napanee and Kingston. A personal favorite of mine were the various ice cream parlors which served really good ice cream.
