Negative: Stairs is slippery & kind uncomfortable for senior but there's a hand rail for safety.

Positive: Beautiful and high end property. Good for accommodations large groups. Very clean, spacious and has parking available. I really appreciate the water heater for lucban’s cold weather is available.

Negative: None. I would rebook this property again.

Positive: The location was great with amazing views of Mount Banahaw. Close to Lucban town proper and other attractions like Kamay Ni Jesus and Palaisdaan. Facilities were modern and interior is well designed. Outdoor amenities were good with barbecue facilities provided on site.

Negative: The main bedroom bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no air conditioning in the lounge/dining area.

Summary: A nice place for a weekend getaway with amazing views and facilities on the property.

Positive: *The location was extremely quiet with an amazing view of Mount Banahaw complex volcano from both balconies. *The garage is huge, and the entrance stairway and patio area are very luxurious, leading to the entrance of the villa. *Inside the villa is luxurious from floor to ceiling.

Negative: *The open plan lounge/ dining area/ kitchen doesn't have air conditioning, which was disappointing as it is extremely hot inside! There were electric fans, but these don't cool the area enough to make it comfortable for eating or relaxing in the lounge, unfortunately. *We were a family of 11, including 4 young children. The property doesn't provide towels. I did contact the property owner, and she explained that she doesn't provide them for hygiene reasons. However, I've stayed in over 200 different hotels/ villas and apartments all over the world, including elsewhere in the Philippines, and The Sunset House is the first place I've stayed at that doesn't provide towels for the guests. *The Sunset House description states that there are 4 bedrooms in the house, including 2 single beds- the x2 single beds are actually 2 fold away mattresses. Actually there are only 3 bedrooms.
