Positive: In recent years, this has been by far the best quality accommodation I have experienced. In fact, it’s the absolute best of all I’ve stayed at — and I’ve stayed at quite a few. One thing is the quality and standard of the accommodation itself, which is no longer hard to find in many places — but the real difference lies in the exceptional attitude of the host. Personally, I prefer contactless check-in, which is ideal for flexibility while traveling and arriving. However, from the subsequent communication, it was clear just how helpful and warm Fabrizio is — a person who truly cares about making your holiday a real experience and ensuring everything goes smoothly. Thank you so much! - entry to the building and apartment via code – no need to worry about keys - access to the terrace and garden - modern, newly renovated apartment with air conditioning - absolute cleanliness! - two bathrooms – very useful - fully equipped kitchen - dedicated parking space - bicycles, sports equipment, and a grill available In Scardovari, you’ll find all essential services — from bakeries and cafés to a pharmacy and ATM. There are also some very good restaurants and a small but well-stocked supermarket. And if you’re lucky, you might see a flock of flamingos flying over the garden in the evening...

Positive: Brand new nicely restored apartment, on two stories. We had the honor and the pleasure to be the first guests! Quality everywhere. It feels like a home, with a very well appointed kitchen, nice sitting area (outside seating, too) and a nice comfy bed. Situated at the far south end of Scardovari has great sunsets and views. Close to the fishing port and to bars and restaurants. Most important, very close to some of the nicest and wildest Delta beaches! Fabrizio, our host, kept close contact with us and addressed our needs and wishes immediately. He is a very nice person and we were happy to act as testers, having been his first guests. The lady who takes care of the apartment is exceptionally nice, too. It was New Year’s Eve and a Panettone and a bottle of Prosecco were waiting for us! The Po river delta is very beautiful in every season and this little home is definitely a place to return to.
