Summary: I love this place! I stayed here many, many years ago as a regular. The owners and I were great friends and even though they have new owners they have continued the tradition of having a beautifully clean and safe motel. The extras you get in your room, I have not found anywhere else and I stay in many hotels all over six states while working. They are very thoughtful in every aspect of their rooms and their outside is always kept clean. The new owners should be very proud, they have gone above and beyond for their guests. We will always stay here when even remotely close by. Also, Thank you so much for being so nice!

Summary: We needed an affordable, no-frills place to stay during our short visit to the Murphy / Lake Hiwassee area. This motel fit the bill and we were very satisfied. It was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the cute retro decor, especially the yard flamingos planted outside each room! Receiving a nice fruit/goodies basket during our stay was a nice surprise and much appreciated.
