Sunset Peach is the perfect getaway for your family vacation. This beachfront home is located in the quiet Caplen area, with some of the best beachcombing on the Bolivar Peninsula! It is a 1595 square foot home that stands on almost one acre of land with plenty of room to stretch, relax, and enjoy your time off. The partially covered furnished upstairs deck is perfect for watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico with your morning coffee, or relaxing with a book.
The living area features comfortable seating and a large screen TV with DVD player, as well as a wood-burning fireplace. The room opens up to a bright kitchen with all you need to prepare and serve meals for the family, including microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig and regular drip coffee makers. There is seating at the breakfast bar, and a separate dining table for 8. The utility room has a washer and dryer, plus an extra refrigerator. High speed internet is available for your convenience.
Sunset Peach sleeps 10 comfortably. Bedrooms one and two feature 2 queen beds in each, and bedroom three has a king bed. All the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and ceiling fans, and the primary bedroom also has a DVD player and ensuite bath with separate tub and shower.
After playing at the beach you can wash the day off in the outdoor shower, relax under the Palapa or enjoy a game of horseshoes with family and friends. You'll also find a charcoal grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. The memories you make at Sunset Peach will last a lifetime!

The kitchen has plates, pots, pans, utensils and just about anything you need to cook the food you bring. There is a grocery store 8 minutes away. The house is in a great location as the beach seemed less busy than other areas. You can drive on the beach but we didn't see many people park in front of the house.

The home is as close to the beach as is possible with the access road right next to the house. Sunsets are beautiful from the front deck. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots,pans, and everything needed to cook meals. If you are looking for shells, this area of the beach did not disappoint! Bring your own beach chairs. Only negative is that the mattresses were hard and lumpy.

It was a peaceful and relaxful area we would certainly return and we woutd highly recommendit.Everyone at Swede was very nice and helpful.We ate at Stingaree, Jose,and Tia Juanita and the food was very good at all of them.The only thing it could use is an elevator for us old folks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was awesome. I had all my kids in one house for a vacation. I have older adult kids 28 and 24 as well as a 15-year-old. Everyone had a great time swimming and laying on the beach and they all did a lot of fishing. The house gave everyone enough space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The house was great with a big kitchen to cook in and still be where everyone was hanging out. We cooked most of the time in the kitchen but we had some great meals on the grill as well. To sum it all up we will be back next year to make some more memories. Our house was perfect for our family.

His sister stayed a few houses down from us. We had a great time and enjoyed the family time and BEACH! Great location and house was perfect!
