Positive: The house is beautiful and in a great place. We loved the view. We had fun with the puzzles and games that there was.

Negative: The staff was very rude at checkout. We were putting out things in our vehicle. When she got there at 10 am on the dote. That was our checkout, but we were running a little late. She came up to the door and, in a very rude way, told me my checkout was at 10 am. What time were we leaving? I told her we were putting our things in the car to give me something time, and she just rolled her eyes and left. The house was also very dirty. Dog hair on all the beds like the sheets were never washed. My daughter is allergic to them, and her face got swollen. The bathrooms were dirty. The dishes were put away, but they were dirty. The house was not swept. There was sand everywhere.
