Positive: Sunset Riza is the most wonderful place for a vacation. The apartment is spacious, and the view is unforgettable. I could spend the whole day on the terrace with a book, a paintbrush, and enjoy both my morning coffee and evening wine. I was even more pleasantly surprised by Georgi, the host—such a warm welcome! He made us coffee, left us a bottle of homemade red wine, lemons, honey, water... The apartment is well-furnished and comfortable, so you feel right at home. Thank you, Georgi, for everything! We’ll see you again!

Positive: This is a jewel, literally hidden in the nature. Lots of space, clean and well equipped. You have a big fan for regular days and 2 AC's for hot days. You can close the balcony doors and insulate yourself to a nice temperature. In the morning and evening you can sit in the balcony and enjoy the view and the breeze. It is one of the most scenic locations that we have seen. Getting inside the yard might be a bit scary at the beginning but it's not a problem. There's plenty of space to maneuver also inside the yard and you can leave your car in the shade. The place is also very quiet if you want to rest or work. Now, the true worth of this location is its canine and feline guardians and the host. The dog and the 4 cats are very well behaved and our son had a wonderful time playing with them. The host is magnificent. You will get help with any questions or needs that you might have and he can recommend places to go and visit around. We have felt extremely welcomed here and it is a place where we would gladly come back if vacationing in the area. Thank you for your hospitality! :)

Positive: Wonderful stay at sunset Riza! The host could not have been more helpful kind or generous. Absolutely everything was provided in this beautiful spacious apartment- with gifts of wine, beer, coffee, honey and herbs! He was on hand for any questions or when help was needed. Lovely comfortable place with good shower, towels, comfy large bed, comfy sofa/TV and much more etc etc. the view was superb! Fabulous suggestions for restaurants and reservations sorted! We explored the coast from this gorgeous location and the hospitality was second to none! Thanks so much for such kindness!

Positive: This was our first time in Greece, and the western coast was an absolute dream. This area is not touristy, yet there is so much to see and do. The beaches are gorgeous and accessible without being overcrowded (even in July). The food is spectacular. And the historical sites are stunning. Giorgos and Helen are the perfect hosts. You couldn’t ask for more. From dinner & food recommendations, advice on parking in cities, and best beaches to go to, they steered us in the right direction on everything. Their accommodation is absolutely perfect and has everything you could need for your stay. The rooms are incredibly spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. The most amazing part for us was enjoying the beautiful view of the coast from our balcony. Being able to start and end our days there was magical, and we plan on being back soon!

Positive: We had more then pleasent stay in Sunset Riza. The hosts are wonderful and friendly and they think of all the details that could make you nothing but just enjoy your vacation. They are always here to give you suggestions and information about local stuff and surprise you with local gourmet. The place is very well equiped whith everything you need like you are at home. The garden and sea view are stunning.

Positive: It was a wonderful experience, even if our stay was short, we felt like home, in a delightful area surrounded by trees, with a beautiful view to the sea, unique sunset.. the apartment is super cozy, well equipped with quality things, the bedroom upstairs is amazing, you can easily see that the owners wish the best comfort for their guests. Giorgos and his wife Elleni are very friendly, they offered informations about the beaches, tavernas and things to do in this location, which is very close to Preveza. Left Sunset Beach Riza with the regret of staying so short, but with the hope next year we will return for holiday there.And happy to make new friends!
