Positive: The property is very beautiful, well kept, and if you like mangoes, I ate about a dozen from the trees. It's by the beach and there is also a boardwalk. The bed is very comfy, was a great relief given I was coming from another property with a tough bed. I enjoyed watching the sunset and appreciated that it wasn't a large property that required too much walk to get to the restaurant. I got a chance to interact with the owner, amazing lady, may your business continue to thrive. I will be going back!

Negative: The Wi-Fi sucks! Hopefully that is resolved before my next stay.

Summary: Very lovely property, must repeat!

Positive: Good location considering what is available on the island. Room was dated but large and comfortable. Really good views of the sea. Friendly and accommodating staff. Special thank you, Thank you to the staff who, after our disappointment missing the Fathers Day BBQ, prepared a special steamed fish meal on our last night (on request), this was delicious and enjoyable.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, good location, reasonable on-site facilities, friendly and accommodating stafff

Positive: I enjoyed that our room was ground floor and we were probably less than 30 seconds from being able to swim into the ocean. We could also step out on to our balcony and the pool was right there. The food was also good...

Negative: The overall service could have been much better. I appreciate the concept of island time, but even locals who had come to dine in the hotel's restaurant were complaining about how long it took for food to be served. I don't know what they were doing in that kitchen, but we quickly learned that if we wanted dinner, and we knew we would get hungry, we would have to go up to the restaurant an hour beforehand so the food would arrive in time for us to not be hungry for so long. Honestly, the food was good, but the service was poor.

Summary: Place good, food good, service slow to the point it was insulting.

Positive: The property has pretty views, a nice pool and rooms are clean. The welcome drinks are a very nice touch! A/c works very well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the boardwalk, and had we stayed longer, the beach would have been great to use. In all, this property suited us fine for our one night stay at the end of our sailing vacation.

Negative: Just a couple of things to note. The rooms do not have many electrical outlets, and in our room, 36, the one to plug in the kettle did not work. In order to charge our phones we had to unplug the tv. There is no plug anywhere near a mirror for the hairdryer provided. Not a big deal for a one night stay, but would have been a problem if we were staying longer. On a previous stay we found service in the restaurant at breakfast to be exceptionally slow and food was cold when it was brought to us, so we did not use the restaurant this time.

Summary: A pretty property in a nice location, with friendly staff, but needs some attention.

Positive: Proximity to beach and close to ferry to young island. Also, while dated, the pool/beachfront area had nice landscaping and furniture. Very nice for lounging and they have a bar right there by the pool if you are into that. Not too far from airport, maybe 15-20 min drive. We stayed here on our last night to enjoy the island a bit more and also be able to check out at noon and head right to the airport.

Negative: Restaurant was just ok, breakfast included was nice but nothing special. Restaurant staff quite slow and clueless about menu availability, kept coming to table with different answers. Not any worse than serve staff anywhere else in st Vincent, but if I had to pick something to improve this would be it.

Summary: Good value for pretty good and well located beachfront hotel. Would stay again.

Positive: Loved this beach front hotel. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was great. It was nice having a restaurant at the hotel. Location was perfect. Walkable distance from nearby restaurants and a short boat ride to Young Island.
