Positive: 5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! Sunset Star Hits is an absolute gem! Tucked away on a quiet side road, it’s just a short walk from plenty of restaurants and warungs, yet so peaceful and tranquil. The gardens are stunning—full of vibrant colors and birds, making it a truly relaxing retreat. The chalets are pure luxury, with the most comfortable beds, high-quality linen, robes, and thoughtful touches like toiletries, a mini fridge, cotton buds, nail clippers, and even a torch. Every detail has been carefully considered for comfort. The owners and staff are incredibly accommodating, making us feel so welcome that we extended our stay—just like many other guests we met! We were traveling for two months, and this was by far our favorite place. I slept like a log every night. Highly recommended—wish we could have stayed even longer!

Positive: What a nice little find on Booking.com this turned out to be. We enjoyed so much we extended our stay. The staff cannot do enough for you. Always there to give you a warm greeting and help with any plans for eating, beeches, sites etc. Rooms large with super comfy beds and pillows. Powerful hot showers. They clean the rooms twice per day. Even turning your bed down on an evening. I could write pages about how wonderful this place is but just come find out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
Negative: Everything was fantastic.

Positive: The team at Sunset Star Huts will do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You get a very nice Java-style hut that is perfect for couples. They clean your hut every day as if it’s your first day. The team is always smiley and genuinely friendly and curious about your stay. The location is very good as it is close to Mushroom Beach, which has plenty of good warungs and restaurants nearby. They also rent out scooters which makes it very easy to get around the island. We hope to see you again soon! Sampai nanti!

Positive: It´s a very cute place, wellmaintained by the family .They are very sweet and open minded balinese and it´s wonderful to chat with them also to learn and understand about their ways of living. I stayed in a just new builded bungalow and everything was just perfect .
Negative: The only problem i had was the mosquito problem, even they gave everything to solve this problem.

Positive: We had a great stay at the Sunset Star Huts. The word "Hut" is possibly the wrong word to describe this accommodation. These rooms are very smart, Garden Rooms, Air Con, and very comfortable. Lovely gardens, fantsatic sunbathing area, great pool, but no food. Plenty od restaurants and cafes around this property, all very cheap and delicious. A+++++

Positive: A charming little family-run boutique hotel, with only seven 'huts', so you're guaranteed a lovely, low-key stay. The swimming pool is immaculate, and looks like something out of a five star hotel. The garden is also beautiful and very well cared for by the staff. The staff were fantastic, and couldn't do enough for us. They organised an amazing private snorkelling trip for us, and gave us lifts on their mopeds. The location is ideal, a 10 minute walk to Mushroom Bay, as well as Secret Beach and Tamarind Beach. There's lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby too. Our favourite was Mushroom Espresso - would recommend!
