Positive: Location, peace and quiet 10 mins from st andrews. Fabulous cinema experience in the guest quarters. Great bathroom. Everything needed for self catering. Lovely touches. Roses and chocolate for valentine's day. Close to hiking. Mud room a plus. Coffee machines in abundance

Positive: We loved the customized touches, the espresso machine, movie theatre, large fenced yard for our dogs to play in and so much more. The views were beautiful, I saw a sunset one night and a sunrise the next morning. The owners seemingly thought of everything we could need before we even realized we needed it!

Summary: We would absolutely stay agin if we return to the area. The owners set a very high bar for anyone trying to emulate them
