Positive: Amazing and beautiful views, even though it was rainy during our visit. We came to see the snow and stayed here as our base to explore the Warburton area. Unfortunately, we couldn't see koalas, but we did see beautiful birds and deers come to uphill. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Negative: You need to take your rubbish down to the roadside bin, as I can’t see any bins outside the property. There are aggressive dogs on both sides of the property, so it’s best to be careful. The driveway and walk up to the road are quite steep like our mentioned, but you’ll get used to them after going in and out a few times.

Positive: Fantastic location overlooking the mountains. Great outdoor fire pit and near to shops and eateries. Feel super safe with neighbours around and Police Station within walking distance. It’s a great balance between privacy and convenience. Host was very responsive and helpful with enquiries.

Positive: The property was amazing, great location. Would be a great walk into town but the weather wasn't the best. We loved the open fire, kept the house nice and warm whilst it was rainy outside, great views. House was very clean and beds were comfy. Host was amazing, we had a little hiccup at the start, called the owner and she responded straight away, was very polite and friendly to deal with.

Summary: Would book this property again, had a very relaxing time away, just what we needed

Positive: Beautiful property, clean, amazing view, cozy, comfortable and warm bedding. Very relaxing stay and an easy walk to coffee or dinner. Nice little workout with the steep roads of Warburton and also the driveway but worth it for the view from the house and the deck.

Negative: The driveway was a little difficult driving up when it was raining but could park at the bottom of the driveway if needed.

Positive: Fantastic house and location. The view and sitting around the fire pit each evening was awesome. We really relaxed, the house has everything so it was perfect for our family of 4. The kids had some space to run and we had the deck to relax on and enjoy the views. A short walk into town and not far to drive to see all the great sights around. Rhiannon was very helpful and communicative and we would definitely stay here again next time.

Positive: The view of the mountains and beautiful gum trees from the house is just spectacular. We even spotted a gorgeous koala on the gum tree! The kitchen facilities were great. The location was perfect, very close to town. Rhiannon the host was a good communicator and very responsive.

Negative: The driveway was very steep and the dogs on either side of the driveway were a bit aggressive although they were secured behind the fences.
