Our Cottage is quietly nestled on The Monroe Bay with Beautiful views of the evening Sunsets. The Cottage offers views of the Monroe Bay giving you that warmth and Beach vibe you need to relax and have fun with friends and family. Our cottage is within walking distance of the Marina, Boat Ramp and local Beach. Our Beach Community is quaint and offers golf cart rentals, kayak, bike and paddle board rentals for your stay. The Restaurants and Live Entertainment are all within a 5 minute drive by car or cart !
The cottage comfortable accommodates up to 6 guests, the kitchen will provide you with a coffee area, full kitchenware for all the cooks needs, your cleaning fee provides you with all the bed and bathroom linens, kitchen and bathroom essentials. The Smart TV will allow you to stream all your favorites and the wireless Wifi supports all your devices. The master bedroom will provide a small desk for students and those working remotely.
Enjoy the exterior amenities of the wood firepit, exterior seating on the lawn or the deck with soft illumining lights to help you relax and enjoy the comforts of your stay.

Summary: Was looking to check out the colonial beach area, the house was perfect for my family. Great layout, plenty outdoor space, stocked with everything needed, and a great location. Wouldn’t recommend bringing three teens to this area, unless they were big into fishing! Little bit too laid back.

Summary: The house has been nicely updated and has a lot of nice amenities. We visited in October so we did not take advantage of the front porch. Probably should have used the fire pit, but we were tired. Nice location, walkable to the Dockside and just a short golf cart ride to down town.

Summary: We had a great time in Colonial Beach! The house was perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and golf carting distance of the Dockside and Ice House Brewery which both had amazing live music! The sunset was beautiful. We loved the style and furnishings of the house and spent down time on the enclosed back porch. We so appreciated the air conditioning on what was the hottest weekend of the summer . Will be back in the fall as the commute is easy.

Summary: This property is great! It is conveniently located, comfortably sleeps 6, and the porches and the fire pit are ideal for hanging out. The lock box for the keys is a little sticky, and the seating in the living room would only comfortably fit 2-3 people, but you probably don’t want to spend your time in front of the tv anyway. There is no table on the deck, but the property manager said she is working on finding a replacement.
