4 Season Cottage/Beaconia/Lakefront!!Gorgeous 3 bed 1.5 bath year round cottage located only 45 minutes from the Perimeter in Beautiful Balsam Harbour. Relax & enjoy the spectacular lake view & sunsets while listening to the calming sounds of the waves. The living/dining area features vaulted ceilings, pine accents, gorgeous stone heated wood burning fireplace, floor to ceiling wall of windows (tinted) over looking the lake as well as garden doors to huge front deck. The beautiful kitchen boasts pine cabinets, granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom offers fantastic lake views and also has garden doors to front deck.

Summary: There are lots of positives to talk about with this property! First off, our overall experience was great. The cabin came as advertised and we felt the pictures that were posted really didn’t do the property justice as it was even prettier. The instructions for getting there and the lock box access to the cabin were easy to follow. There was an ample, plowed driveway and the walkway was salted. The cabin was very large and very clean. Every amenity we could think of was there and we really enjoyed the fireplace. We had enough dry wood for a fire both nights. The king size bed was lovely and comfortable. Now a couple of suggestions. The front gate was broken so we couldn’t let our 2 dogs out without being with them and on a leash. As well there were two TV’s but no service. We did have access to a large selection of older DVDs and a DVD system but chose to stream Netflix on our iPad. We especially loved the view out the front door, the large deck and the BBQ, which was a larger, newer model, placed right near the kitchen/dining room door. We will definitely will recommend Cozy Bear to our friends and family.
