Positive: We absolutely loved the view. The 1 min walk to the beach was perfect! The space in the kitchen worked well. Cooked on the grill! Overall good place May stay again but will need to take more. If you want a great view this is a great place!
Negative: The pool was not cleaned the first 2 days The beds were quite uncomfortable Not much space for clothes in bedrooms Missing necessitates in kitchen. Oven mits we used from another tenant. No pizza pan. No salt or pepper. Just need to be more prepared. Loud tenants upstairs which wasn't great when we slept Fans barely worked so very warm to sleep in. Since you can't turn ac down lower. Which I understand. I recommend a trash bag for each day ppl are there. We brought our own so that helped. Also brought our own laundry detergent and dishwasher pods . Overall it's not a bad place just be prepared to bring alot of necessitates or plan to go out to get things.

Positive: Location & pool were great! We liked staying in a small building. Easy access to beach. Barbara was very nice to try to address some of the issues below.
Negative: There were several issues we raised with Resort Rentals. The master bdrm shower didn't work properly even after Chris came to repair! All of the blinds didn't function properly. Also with the exception of the bathrooms unit was not cleaned or inspected. The outside furniture was filthy & kitchen lacked enough glassware & silverware. Also only wire bins for your clothes.
Summary: Enjoyable but disappointing stay!!

Positive: Nice location, almost a private beach. Close to places to eat.
Negative: Lack of cleanliness. Baseboards, fans and AC outlets have not been cleaned in years. Towels had stains, furniture had stains. Pest management came to spray while staying in the unit.
Summary: Area is a great place, I would stay in another location.
