Four (4) night minimum stay in this property.
Located in a forest on 2 1/2 acres on the east shore of Flathead Lake. The property has 240 feet of lakefront: the cottage is approximately 300 feet from the lakefront. The lakefront has a fire pit and wood which is available to the tenants for their use. The boathouse provides a large covered patio area and is located next to the lake; a 60 foot dock is available for swimming in the same location. Glacier National Park is a day trip away.
This property is not available during the winter season and is rented only from May through September, check calendar for specific dates. We do limit the occupancy of the cottage to two people, and do not make any exceptions to our no pet policy.

Summary: Nice private stay close to Flathead Lake. The property was as described. It was clean and private. The owners put a lot of thought and care into this property. The grounds were amazingly kept. Even though I read other reviews stating there was no TV or microwave, I was still surprised not to have them. But we didnt miss either the whole time we stayed. The kitchen was small, yet had everything we needed. And the bedroom upstairs doubled as the living bedroom. It felt like we were living in a treehouse. The traffic can be a little loud. So if that’s something that bothers you, be sure to bring ear plugs. The sunset at the dock was a highlight and visiting the nearby towns of Bigfork and Polson were fun too.

Summary: This hosted property is exactly what you need if relaxation is your goal!! The accommodation is very private and quiet, the bed is so comfortable and the stroll through this beautiful property down to the private dock and lake swimming is unmatched!! Laura Lee and Joe are outstanding hosts who have offered such a uniquely serene property with private access to the crystal clear Flathead lake. I spent a blissful 10 days enjoying everything that this property had to offer and I simply could not have asked for more and cannot recommend this property enough…if you are looking for the BEST accommodation with lake access, look no further because you have found a gem with this listing!!! The unit has a kitchen downstairs and the living quarters are on the upper floor. The water pressure is great and the bed is comfy!! There is no TV, which is perfect for me, but if you plan on watching a movie after watching the sunset down at the lake, bring a laptop; WiFi is available. When I was there the kitchen was lacking a microwave but had everything else you need to bring your groceries and cook your own meals which saves you a lot of money in the long run, however between Polson and BigFork there are many wonderful restaurants to access. Overall this was one of the best VRBO locations at which I’ve stayed and look forward to making plans to come back as soon as I can!!

Summary: The inside of the rental was exactly as stated. The outside everything is shared there’s no privacy. You can’t leave your windows open because they come and use the water hose attached to the rental and you don’t know when they’re coming. Definitely not a place for newlyweds. Every time we stepped outside to go somewhere, we saw the host of the house. The yard and path to the dock and dock are not technically part of the rental, but they said we’re happy for you to use them while you’re here.

Summary: Great location and property, sunsets on lake are unbelievable. Actual unit is above garage, not near the lake. Small kitchen and sitting area with no TV. Everything is new, nice bathroom.

Summary: The place was very clean and tidy. Joe was was very nice and showed us around the property which was also very clean and well taken care of. Just a short way down the road from the vrbo is two steak houses with amazing food and fair pricing. Our favorite part though was the susents in the evenings over looking the lake.

Summary: This was an amazing place to stay between Bigfork and Polson had so much fun and the property owners were very kind people. Very comfortable would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Location was perfect. The property was beautiful. We had easy access to the lake. We took our paddle boards out and spent hours on Flathead lake swimming each day. We had a blast. Great sunsets. Glacier National Park is an hour away. This is super convenient if you aren't able to get reservations for the park since you can go in before 6am or after 3pm without a reservation. Laura and Joe were excellent hosts. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Summary: The guesthouse was beautifully done, with amazing views! Laura and her husband were wonderful hosts, made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we felt at home! We highly recommend this property for anyone that is looking for a relaxing space to just enjoy life!

Summary: Our Hosts, were wonderful...kind and generous! We are so grateful that they shared their beautiful space with us. The property was immaculate, comfortable, peaceful and the view was amazing!
