For your convenience, there is a public boat ramp about 5 minutes away, allowing guests to bring their own boat and launch it easily. The property offers trailer parking and a private dock where you can keep your boat for the duration of your stay. THINGS TO NOTE:

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles and a boat trailer. The parking area is not even with the main floor and guests will have to walk down steps to enter the home.
• The 10X30 boat slip is available for guest use during the duration of the stay. Use at your own risk. Host is not responsible for any damage to a boat or PWC while on the dock.
• Dock is located on a busy stretch of the Gravois Arm. Water may be rough on weekends and holidays during the summer season.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. the first is mounted under the eve of the house near the front porch, actively monitoring hte parking area. The second is mounted on the back deck, actively monitoring the dock.
• Please note that the walk to the dock is steep and has lots of steps.
