Summary: We loved everything about the Pelican house. Great location on the lake. Beautiful sunsets and the pool was fantastic. We fished off the dock and caught several fish. Rich was very responsive to any needs that we had. A great plus was the addition of a pool fence for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. It gave us so much peace of mind having that fence around the pool. Rich had many recommendations for restaurants in the area. And they were all great. If you are looking for a great vacation house, this is the place for you and your family.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The view from the lanai can't be beat! It is very quiet, tranquil and private.The house felt like home. Furniture and beds very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is very neatly arranged, which was a huge plus for me.The pool was heated just right.Great communication from start to finish.We would definitely stay here again!
