This beautiful newer home is located right on Greers Ferry Lake with lake access! It features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with three King beds and one queen bed. The main level has all of the amenities, a beautiful open floor plan with 2 flat screen TV's, and a nice upper deck with outdoor dining and a gas grill. The lower level has a game-room including pool, darts, and more! The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are located downstairs, and there is also a covered porch downstairs as well. There is not a designated pathway to the lake yet, though it is a steady, mostly flat, walk through the woods. There is also no boat dock associated with this rental property. Summary: We had a wonderful time and would definitely enjoy coming back. The house was perfect for all ages. (Someone may want to check on the house cleaning services being performed. Not that we minded, but we cleaned numerous kitchen items and some bedding.) We would still come again. We had an excellent time. The family pictures are amazing! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Summary: Don’t let the photos of the outside fool you. Looks a little dark and dirty in the outside pics. But it’s an older lake house that the inside has been updated and maintained well. Very nice and perfect for a family or group of friends. Kitchen well stocked. Complimentary Keurig coffee. No wifi and phone service is bad- great for time to unplug. Thanks for sharing your home.

Summary: This property was beautiful and spacious. The house sits right near the water and an added bonus was the dock which was only a short hike away. The neighbors were very friendly and showed us around the neighborhood. There is a boat launch relatively close. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway.
