Sunshine Dreams is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is perfect for a family getaway. Only a quick walk to the beach, this home sleeps up to 9 people with an amazing beach view! This home includes an outside shower, perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach, and a picnic table to enjoy an afternoon of grilling with the family. Sunshine Dreams is full of windows making it an open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has full over full bunks (accommodates 4) and the third bedroom has a twin and full-size bed (accommodates 3). Total of 9 people. There is also a pull-out sofa that will sleep two more people if needed (totaling 11). POINTE SAN LUIS & PLAYA SAN LUIS Playa San Luis, on the beachside, offers numerous beachside dune crossovers to access the beach, and Pointe San Luis, on the bayside, offers a seasonal community pool and hot tub. GULF COAST CONCIERGE Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen! EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay. Summary: The house was farther than we expected from Galveston. I think the details are misleading on where it is, it was 21 miles. You say 9 miles from Galveston Park and I thought it was Galveston. It rained hard and water came in the kitchen window and dining room window. The shower in the guest bath needs instructions on how to turn on the shower head and no shower in the master.

Summary: Upstairs stayed hot it was over all a nice place down stairs kitchen leaks out of the cabinet over the fridge the master bedroom balcony seems unsafe the door don’t shut the door in that room is hard to lock

Summary: Plenty of room to sleep my big family. Great view of the ocean & super close beach access. Had a great time making memories with my kiddos. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: As soon as we walked in we fell in love with the home. Beautiful inside and out. Beautiful view of the beach and only a short walk there. Quiet neighborhood look forwarding to booking there again in the future.

Summary: This is a wonderful location and beautiful property. Super clean and amazing views. Quick walk to the beach. Keep in mind, the 3rd bedroom is a loft without a wall so not very quiet. Otherwise, the perfect property for our adult family with a toddler!!
