Positive: Close to the beach. Nicely equipped and homely. Quite neighborhood.
Negative: The lockbox is very hard to open and couldn’t close it. The number code at the door didn’t work either.
Summary: Enjoyed the stay, liked the forgotten coadt of Florida.

Positive: Perfect location. A short walk to the beautiful and peaceful Carrabelle Beach. House was well appointed and comfortable. The door lock of front and only door was the only HORRIFIC problem for us. Given the very long code and took several tries before we were successful. Door handle kept pulling off, whenever you tried to close the door.
Negative: The door lock and front door. And we were chastised for using the washer and dryer. What were supposed to think we could do, when we were given detergent and the CODE for the door on the closet the washer and dryer were located. Take the detergents and code away, if you don’t want guests to use them!!!!
Summary: Was a wonder stay in Sunshine Haven in Carrabelle Beach.

Positive: It was extremely cozy and the perfect size for two, amazing decor inside the place and the bathroom was GORGEOUS. Any issues that we found that needed attention was fixed very quickly.
Summary: Loved our stay, plan on staying here again.

Positive: beautiful home, comfortable. Amazing bed, well stocked.
Negative: some struggles w the key box, stopped up toilet w no plunger (Vacasa remedied quickly), and weak water pressure in shower. Not as close to St. George Island as I thought. Also, was not aware of all the camper spots in the center courtyard.
Summary: would stay again, a bit pricy but I get it with the quality of the home.

Positive: Fantastic location- two minute walk from the beach! The property was clean, had a furnished kitchen and was nicely decorated and laid out. Community was quiet and clean as well.
Negative: Local food was atrocious. Best to shop at the local grocery store and cook for yourself.
Summary: Fantastic place to stay! Two minute walk to the beach and a good value stay.
