Greetings from Sunswept Villa #4, an artsy, vibrant suite. This romantic & newly updated studio boasts sundrenched views of a river and peaceful park. Only steps away from your door is the 3 mile long Bradenton Riverwalk and Mineral Springs Park. You have quick access to fishing, beaches, dining, shopping, gardens, and historical sites. This cozy villa features an open concept layout with big beautiful windows to see the surrounding tropical paradise. There's a king size platform bed and beautiful walk in tiled shower. It has a fully functional kitchen with stocked coffee/tea bar. There's a front patio to sit and enjoy viewing the mile wide Manatee River and side patio that is fenced in for complete privacy. Follow the path around to the fully fenced in back yard where you'll find a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath. Walk the gardens and orchard, sit by the waterfall, nap on the hammock, or take a dip in the heated pool. While sitting out back, you can read a book, listen to the birds, watch the abundant butterflies, lizards and dragonflies or play cards/boardgames. If you bring your well behaved pup along, Fido will definitely enjoy the fenced in dog area in the back yard - complete with toys and lots of grass for him to roll around on! While outside, you may detect the faint smell of oranges in the air (we're close to Tropicana)! You will enjoy walking through Mineral Springs Park complete with a spring, boardwalk, fishing pier, big trees and observation tower. You can see manatees, dolphins, sting rays, sharks, pufferfish, crabs and much more! The fishing is awesome here and you have your own grill to bbq whatever you catch. If you'd rather dip your toes in the sand, head over to Anna Maria Islands beaches. It's a quick 15 minute drive from the villa. You will love the sugary sand, turquoise waters and breathtaking sunsets. Another option is to eat and shop on Bradenton's Main Street, right off the riverwalk. Or check out Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island which also has many shops and old Florida charm. Plus it's close to many attractions such as the Manatee Village Historical Park, Bishop Museum, Lecom Park, IMG Academy, Village of the Arts, Mote Aquarium, various nature preserves and the most beautiful beaches in the US. After you enjoy your day doing whatever makes you smile, unwind by watching the gorgeous sunsets over the river from your villa. Once the sun is down, the yard is illuminated by twinkling lights so you can continue to enjoy the outside space. Summary: I loved how we were at the end of the Riverwalk which we used to ride bikes and walk on, we were close to the water and could watch the sunset, use the communal bikes, sit out at night, use the pool area, and relax in varied ways. Communication was top notch. We felt very welcomed. The studio room had everything we needed and was so cute.

Summary: The unit was very nice, clean and well decorated. Definitely had a nice beachy feel. Loved the heated pool, the backyard was beautiful. Liked coming home at night and seeing that big tree all lit up. The owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even bikes there for your use.

Summary: Our villa was perfect for a romantic getaway, clean and filled with everything we needed for a great trip. The pool and backyard offered beautiful outdoor spaces and as guests, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Communication with our host Theresa was excellent and she was very accommodating.
