Positive: We really enjoyed all the outdoor activities and the facilities outside the room — the pool was really lovely, the bar was very cool, and it's close to the beach.
Negative: The family room wasn't very comfortable — the parents' room was really small with no window at all. We had several issues in the room, and it seems it hasn't been renovated in a while.

Positive: Location perfect for walking to the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, main shopping town and to the local market. Great selection for breakfasts. Always kept clean and supplied with water bottles. Awesome pool access. Very large and comfortable room with plenty of seating.
Negative: Our room was situated too close to the cigarette smoking area, not pleasant when we are non smokers. The room was in a heavy traffic area with annoying noise levels compared to when we stayed here last time. Next time we will request a room that is more suitable to us.
Summary: This was our third time we have stayed here and it is always enjoyable

Positive: Nice family hotel with many facilities and activity options. more than six large swimming pools and the GYM was good. Breakfast was good also. Big clean rooms. Helpful staff. Location is good where many attractions are near.
Negative: You will need an electricity adapter for your devices to use inside the room. The sockets are incompatible with most of the region types, but this was not a major issue.

Positive: The resort is so well equipped for families! They’ve thought of all our needs whether it be when designing the bedrooms or creating programs for the children. We had so much to do and enjoyed accessing all that was available.
Negative: The food. We felt the quality was quite poor. We found the items on the room service list to be either uneditable or tasteless. The children would often take a bite and leave it . This was often the case at the breakfast buffet too.
Summary: We had a wonderful family holiday and will be recommending Sunwing to other families.

Positive: Amazing and clean rooms. Bedsheets and towels were replaced daily.
Negative: Our room looked out towards the front of the resort so there was nothing nice to look at other than the road. ☹️
Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Sunwing. Staff were exceptional too.

Positive: One of the best kid friendly properties I have stayed in a long time. It’s filled with kids the staff gave a kid friendly attitude. The pools are tailored to kids. The breakfast spread is also really well curated ensuring no one is missed out irrespective of their faith and meal preference which I really liked. Rooms were very spacious and I particularly liked that they gave 4 towels and 4 water bottles without us even asking as we had mentioned we are travelling with 2 kids. Absolutely loved it
Negative: Not much to be honest. I’d say it would be nice to k ow their schedule as there were lots of interesting activities for kids which I missed out because I wasn’t following the schedule in the receptions . Would have loved to attend some of them as they looked quite awesome for kids.
