Summary: Sheets were so itchy, gave us the wrong room. Room smelled like smoke & felt completely nasty but was so tired and desperate had to deal with it because the service was in shambles and the girl was struggling

Summary: A bit tricky to find the entry driveway. The check in process was very inefficient and slow. Check in staff were not friendly or particularly helpful. Computers not working for 40 min. The room was fine but smelled of cleaning solution. One very thin blanket on the bed. Pool looked nice but it was raining and cold. Breakfast was better than expected, with a good selection.
