Summary: The bed is not that comfortable, and breakfast is terrible. The cafeteria is so small, it has been waiting for at least 15 minutes to refill the coffee machine.

Summary: WORST HOTEL EVER----------I WILL NEVER,NEVER STAY AT A Super 8 ever again. I had reservations 3 weeks in advance but they put me on the 2 floor(No elevator) in a room with the smallest TV(15x28)(I walked the halls when the housekeeper was cleaning room and saw that the other rooms had largerTVs) and the safety lock on the door broken. .They said that they did not have any other rooms. When i checked out, they could not give me a receipt so I do not know what it cost me. For breakfast this Morning, they had no coffee, milk or cereal. and the person did not know how to fix the coffee machine(6.30 am). The Breakfast room is small(3 Tables and Hot inside room. When the housekeeper cleaned the room I had to make 2 trips to the room to reset the Key code(Again I was on the 2nd floor) I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE SUPER 8 EVERY AGAIN

Summary: Expectations were not high, but there are areas of improvement. The not so good: Stains on the wall and couch, strong old rug smell as you walk into the room The Good: bed and pillows were comfy and clean. Bathroom had everything. Room had fridge and microwave.
