Summary: I’ve stayed here multiple times for trips at OU. Rooms are outdated HOWEVER they always have excellent staff, comfortable bed, very clean, and a great location.

Summary: Our trip/stay was more so of an emergency since our c ar broke down. We got there around midnight and they let us fix our car in lot. Very nice and clean.

Summary: My son had his Ohio University orientation and I decided to stay in the hotel rather than in an OU dorm. The hotel is no frills, but great for the price. The room was clean and quiet. The family who run the hotel were nice. Breakfast was a little too basic, prewrapped muffins and donuts and coffee and tea, but no milk so I ended up going elsewhere to eat.

Summary: The bathroom had tiles missing underneath the sink and the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor was corroded. The bed and pillows were very good. Very quiet. Could have used some kind of hook on the back of the bathroom door for our toiletry bag. Room itself was clean.

Summary: The property is clean and tidy. Seems a little run down over time. The towels are very used and need replaced. The shower rod was either broken or bent and the shower curtain kept sliding open as showering. The continental breakfast has very limited selection but there was breakfast.

Summary: It was a clean hotel. The staff was moderately friendly and helpful. I was uncomfortable being watched at all times. I caught staff members peeking around the corner at me. Twice. We were told not to enter or exit in any of the side doors besides the front entrance. I took it as they wanted to watch who entered and exited. Also, the owners family live in the hotel. Just a weird situation all around.

Summary: Really just needed a place to stay close to my sister. We had full busy days and got back to the room late and left in the morning. This was a perfect place for that. The room was clean comfortable and quiet.

Summary: We were pleased with the ability to have three queen beds so our teens could have their own beds! We had a plumbing issue but the staff fixed it quickly. They should not advertise that breakfast is included when the coffee is cold and the food is either a granola bar or a wrapped pastry. We went out to eat the first morning and bought breakfast items at a grocery store for the second.
