Summary: We were lucky to get into the motel. The desk clerk happened to be at the front desk. The bell to call for night service had been removed. He ignored me at the night window at only by knocking loudly at the window was I able to get his attention. The room had no phone, minimal lighting and no coffee station. For a party of four there were only two hand towels It looked as if nothing had been swept or dusted in the motel in a while although our room was clean. The next day, daylight revealed a property strewn with litter. We stayed here because we couldn't get to our destination in one day. The cleanliness of the room met our needs so this is a place to get in and get out.

Summary: Completely honest review, with some positives and negatives. If you just want/need to get off the road maybe this would be the spot to stay in. It’s very affordable and has two gas stations and one fast food within walking distance. When I arrived the staff was on the phone, so there was basically no interaction. Handed my ID and I got my hotel key. No conversation between us. Some may find it rude but I was just happy it was a quick exchange. The hallway was full of trash bags, which brought in flies. Vending machines were out of order so bring in your own snacks. The tub was old and discolored, definitely wouldn’t want a bath in it. Some of the items in the room were broken, a lamp and no phone. The room had an odor, kinda moldy. No elevator, or none that I saw. I had to use stairs. I wouldn’t rush back to stay here. But it was very nice to find an inexpensive place to stay for one night to get off the road when I just needed to shower and rest. The area was quiet and I could hop right back on the highway to continue my trip in the morning. Overall, it was okay for one night. Bed and towels were clean, which was all I needed anyhow. Hope this will help someone if they are looking to stay.
