Summary: Clean room other than some staining on side of mattress, friendly staff....they could use an elevator though....overall happy with our stay

Summary: Was in town for a concert in Ames. Room was good, clean. We didn't have breakfast so I cant comment on that, however we were down before 9 am and didn't see any coffee anywhere, pots aren't in the room either which is why I gave that 2 stars.

Summary: Good job. It was freezing cold outside when we arrived and our room was already toasty warm, clean and fresh.

Summary: The bad: Parking lot was icy & treacherous. Beds were lumpy & uncomfortable. Breakfast...toaster but no bread/bagels. Cereal but no milk. 2 snack cake options. The good: staff was pleasant professional, rooms were clean. Not worth $100/night

Summary: Really I loved my room and there were no unexpected charges at check in (which I was fearful of on a tight budget). Staff were kind and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable, and I needed that because I'd just been put on antibiotics that morning for a severe tooth infection. Breakfast was very limited, but they did have it. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
