Summary: We got our room key upon check in and discovered someone was already assigned to our room by mistake. Took 45 minutes to get it all sorted out and they realized they’d screwed up somewhere so gave us a room they said would be an upgrade but wasn’t. When we got in the room we realized it’s very run down, lots of stains on carpet and couches, little bedding provided for pullout sofa and needed a good clean or even full renovation. Will definitely not be returning

Summary: Nice family friendly hotel. Great location and very nice water slide, pool, and gym. Rooms have nice sheets and towels, compfy beds. Breakfast was the usual fare however they do switch up the menu each day. I would recommend this for families and or budget friendly stays.

Summary: Clean, but extremely noisy and the room required a fair bit of maintenance, especially in the bathroom. Only one coffee in the room for the morning. The water in the pool was cloudy. Breakfast was okay. The stay was fine, but the price of the stay doesn’t come near justifying it.

Summary: Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable beds. The only complaint are the loud fans, the fan in the bathroom is terribly loud and the fan tobuse the AC was so loud we ended up having to turn it off. Thankfully it was too hot. We would stay again.

Summary: The property staff were fabulous especially the front desk. The breakfast no longer includes gluten free options which was beyond disappointing. I have medical issues and have lived that the property could exceed my needs with several options. We received an email advising us that the hot tub was under repair and were relieved it would be completed prior to our arrival. This has been the fourth time, we believe, that this has been the case.
