Positive: The location was not bad but definitely in a less charming area close to busy Rte 29.

Negative: I think you could improve the reception area a bit - besides being a tiny room you can also see plenty of storage (boxes) behind the desk and the room is simply not inviting. Being the first impression your customers have of the hotel/motel this would be worth making more attractive/cozy. We did not like that you could hear everything in the hallway and out in the parking lot. There was a truck loading or unloading something around 5:30 and it was impossible to ignore and sleep through.

Positive: Location was good, for our needs. We needed to be close to the airport, for an early flight. The desk assistant was kind and the lobby looked fairly clean.

Negative: We only slept there. We didn't spend any extended time. No complaints for the 8 hours we were there!
