Summary: I pre registered so check in was quick, the front desk receptionist was friendly but the hotel stairs( no elevator) were dirty. The first room we went into smelled of urine so I went back to the front desk the receptionist was quick to exchange my room but the second room smelled like smoke. The beds were actually comfortable and the room was tidy. Not much of a parking lot.

Summary: We love this super 8. The people who work there are so nice, courteous, helpful. We are disabled and have service dogs, this crew is always helpful in our accommodations. One time, early morning, another customer set of the fire alarm by smoking in their room. The staff checked on the whole motel and tenants inside and outside. I know they are suppose to do this, I'm just saying they were on top of their emergency training. I felt safer.

Summary: I was surprised that they only clean/refresh the room once every three days. I somehow missed that info. By the second day I asked them to please clean the room and they did. The staff were all very friendly and I appreciate that greatly! Breakfast was a bit lackluster. I am used to at least having bagels or danishes and neither were there. The waffles were good, but variety is nice too.

Summary: Realize this is a budget chain and "you get what you pay for." This property would benefit from better signage to help travelers negotiate the narrow lane past other businesses. The parking lot is partly gravel and the property is not landscaped. Very helpful employees!
