Summary: Very loud guests in the hallway late at night and no king bed room as requested but hotel said that's a hotels.com issue they’ve asked them to fix

Summary: The front office looks nothen like this. There is no breakfast that I could find. The ice machine was leaking water all over the hallway. The room was not bad or dirty but the curtains looked like a cat had lived in the room. No plugs to charge more than one thing by the bed. I use a CPAP machine so my phone had to be on the desk. The beds are very high so you have to jump in if you are short. I wont be back for the $140.00 I paid for one night. You could also hear all walking upstairs and next door. As a last minitue booking, but know this is not a true picture of this lobby. Not at all.
